From an Islamic point of view, Satan was the first to reject God by disobeying him and setting himself up as an enemy. He is the first ‘kafir’ which in English means something akin to truth-concealer carrying with it a sense of ungratefulness.

I can’t believe how long it’s been since my last visit to your site. I never regret stopping by to read your always fascinating thoughts. (Great redesign, by the way.) Reciter.org is awesome! How did you get the graphics for the post? (FYI, the first link on your Qur’an Resource Page needs to be split into two). Peace to you.

Yasmin, may Allah (SWT) have mercy on you :D

I never knew about Reciter.org, it’s a great site, gonna spend the summer on that site inshAllah :-)

Same question as J.J. , how can you get a whole surah to display the text, recitrer shows only one with a click, it would’ve be much better if you could have all the verses.
